This service, powered by a dedicated tool, gives us complete visibility of all network assets — including brand, model, serial number, location, maintenance history, nearest spare, performance reports, MTBF, and many other parameters. Network Monitoring (Uplink, Downlink)

Our 24/7 NOC ensures uninterrupted service by proactively monitoring and supporting customer networks. With global presence, we deliver assistance in English, French, Arabic, Spanish, and Portuguese. Using our in-house tools, we efficiently monitor, dispatch, and update customers, consistently meeting and exceeding Service Level Agreements (SLA).

Radio Access Network (RAN)

AfriLink’s RAN Unit was established to lead the integration of Radio Access Networks with satellite (VSAT) backhaul, addressing the unique challenges of hybrid terrestrial-satellite environments. We specialize in advanced RAN troubleshooting, optimization, and end-to-end integration of 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies over satellite links. Our engineers work closely with operators to fine-tune RAN parameters
