Integration

To ensure seamless on-site installations, our team pre-integrates system components in our warehouse, reducing complexity and delays. We handle:
– Power cycle equipment
– Modems/routers pre configurations

– Pre-terminating cables with the correct connectors and testing them for reliability.
Managing customer stock consignments allows our Integration and Warehouse team to consolidate shipments, reduce shipping costs and ensure on-time delivery.
This approach minimizes logistics inefficiencies while improving supply chain reliability.

Procurement and Logistic

Our team conducts a full compliance check and export control review before every shipment to ensure all regulations are met. This process helps mitigate risks and guarantees smooth deliveries.
Whether shipping directly to end users or through our Geneva warehouse, we handle full freight solutions, complemented by comprehensive in-country logistics services, including customs clearance, Importer of Record (IoR) management for door-to-door support, and Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI).

RMA Support

The following service will cover VSAT equipment repair and return management, with diagnosis by Afrilink team in Geneva based on Manufacturer recommendation to detect faulty items and avoid initiating an RMA with the Vendor when it is no need.
As a matter of fact, the statistics based on a customer network of 700 VSAT stations all over Africa show that 55% of the equipment sent for repair were not justified.

Afrilink offers the following services:

Coordination End to End with different suppliers for the Repair and Return of faulty modules along with the Customer/End Customer.

Optimize repair cost; By testing, at our facility in Geneva, and repairing and/or configuring in-house, when this is possible, equipment that are Out of

Warranty or without ESA (Equipment Support Agreement).

Online access and tracking of all the steps described above will give full up to date visibility for Intelsat or End Customer on opened cases.
